Geneva 96' & 97'

Lac Geneve 96'. This was taken during the pinic of Michelle's French language school. In her class, there is no other people from Taiwan. All her classmates were either from Japan or Korea. Most spoke little English. Michelle had to communicate with limite French she just started to learn. She learned French faster than I with these daily practices. This was our first time to Geneva visiting Geneva Lake, Museum and United Nations.

Jet d'Eau (Water Jet) Fountain of Geneva Lake, as high as 140m, is the major tour spot in Geneva. I have seen it turned off from time to time when it becomes too windy and toursists fooling around waiting for it on again. This was our first time to see it.

Michelle is very afraid of dogs. Not to say a dog this big. But it is so cute and she can't help...

My first time to United Nations and really saw we weren't part of it...

Lac Geneve 97'. After we got married, Michelle stayed at Taiwan working for her previous company. I went back to France alone. Months later she came back to visit. I drove to Geneva airport to pick her up. On our way back to France, we stopped at Lake Geneva where she played with the swans a little bit. The following week we went south to Barcelona for a week's vacation.
